Comments –These are similar to sticky notes, they allow us to attach a comment to a cell to inform, remind or explain the content of a cell or range of cells.

Fill Series - In it's simplest form it will increment any series of numbers. It can also increment Months, Days… We can customize the fill handle. 

Auto Filter - The AutoFilter allows a user to filter items in a list according to a set criterion. You can filter text, numbers or dates with AutoFilter. When you apply AutoFilters to a worksheet, filter switches (black drop down arrows) will appear to the right of your column headings.

Sort – The spreadsheet enables you to sort Worksheet data alphabetically, numerically or chronologically. You can sort by columns, by rows, in an ascending or descending order and from left to right.

Pivot Table – Empowers you to efficiently summarize data. You can even drill down into the details, apply filter criteria, and apply advanced subtotaling calculations.

Group & Outline - Outlining is a means of viewing levels of detail as required by collapsing or expanding to hide or show information. You can identify subtotals and hide or collapse detail so that only subtotals appear on the screen. Outlining will also allow you to make detail data disappear so that only the higher level subtotals remain visible when you are using larger worksheets. An outlined Worksheet will print exactly as it appears on the screen.

Conditional Formatting - The feature allows us to format a cell based on its content. For example, if the cell is greater than 5, but less then 10, we may have the cell change to a red background.

Chart – Spice up your presentation of data through a pie diagram or column chart or bar chart.

Functions – Functions will allow the usage of default formulas as well as nested formulas.

Auto Format – Auto format will allow you to format a selected Rows & Columns.
